Out of the Blue! Feb 24

Hello Reader!

“You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” ~ Buddha

"Treat yourself like someone you love." ~ Glennon Doyle

It is the month of love and I recommend we start by being kind and loving to ourselves.

Start by finding your spot on the map. Then work to accept it. Then you can decide where you want to go.

Once you know where you are and where you are headed you can build a bridge between the two. Get the support you need to reach your destination.

You are here!

I love those spots on the map. There is no judgement just a statement of fact - here you stand. Take a moment to figure out where you are then you can look to see where you want to go.
