Out of the Blue ~ September

Hello Reader,

I hope you all have had a great summer. The weather here has changed quickly from summer to fall and I'm not ready for raincoats and boots!

This month's issue is spreading the word about my upcoming Adulting & ADHD Course! I have been working tirelessly on this and am extremely proud of the course and how it flows.

If you know of anyone who may benefit from this course please share this information.

Founder's Cohort starts Wednesday September 4th and each Wednesday in September. Founder's Cohort is being offered at a discount because it is the first one. The catch is I am asking for feedback as we move through the course :-)

The course is a 4 week course with 2 hour coaching calls each week. Here is a brief outline:

🔹 ADHD 101: Understand the unique aspects of ADHD, demystify common misconceptions, and learn how to harness your strengths. Learn about the messaging that you likely carry with you that impacts how you view the world and yourself. Discover techniques to rewire unproductive thought patterns and cultivate positive habits.

🔹 Relationships: Enhance your communication skills, build meaningful connections, and thrive in personal and professional relationships.

🔹 Setting and Achieving Goals: Master the art of goal-setting, break down barriers, and celebrate your progress.

🔹 Practical Tools to thrive with ADHD: Learn tools, systems and much more that you can use right away.

🔹 Practical Tools to thrive with ADHD: A group of like-minded folks who truly get you. They have similar challenges and we all benefit from sharing solutions and support.

If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to reply to this email. I'd love to hear from you and get to know you better.

Thanks for reading!

Cheers,
